Finally saw a flat that most of us like...

Now keeping fingers cross that the deal will proceed smoothly and we don't have to take out too much cash...

Then after that will have to get ROM asap before we complete the transaction.

And following will be lots of things to be done as well...

Trying to keep things simple and i hope i can manage everything well in the end.

May the forces be with us...
