You may be an EXCELLENT teacher and your strength is in teaching and not doing curriculum. Perhaps there are some misunderstandings. This may not be your dream work place.

Students pay to come to our centres and they choose their timing and teachers. THIS IS NOT A SCHOOL, where students does not have a choice. I doubt you can attract many students with the way you communicate.  

For what I know, teachers in school have to do curriculum too, but your stand is that this things can be left to other people to do and not a talent like you? I hope I have got this point wrong.

Suddenly I felt sad and sorry for you that you are trapped in your own ambitious world. You don’t have to tell and we don’t have to ask. Reason is so obvious why you left school since you are so good at teaching. Being an only child is not an excuse for being ill-mannered and lack of courteousy. For a man at your age and you need a little girl like me to tell you about trying to blend into the company’s culture, I think you should do reflections on it and wake up soon.

Our company is just a small company, it is too small for a talent like you. (Since you think you are one.)
