宋祖英; Song Zuying

Miao Chinese singer born in 1966. Lately she sang in the 2008 olympics closing ceremony and also perform with jay chou during the spring festival gala in 2009.

She is also the first chinese to perform in the sydney opera house. She is indeed a talent, from a village girl in Hunan province, to a soprano who performs over the world. This piece is one of my favourites as she perform with the Australian choir and orchestra in the opera house.

April 2009

It's only one day past April's Fool and this month already seem so happening to me.

First was the death of a cousin's father whom i don't consider my relative.

Second was a talent? came to join my department and left after writing the longest and worst resignation letter that i have ever seen, with his cambridge english? That was a ending of a disappointing episode, many of us would really love to see how he would be introducing himself during the company's meeting though. But nevermind, that's the end already. I would never forget the words in his letter, " I have to do papers after papers like a poor boy sitting for examinations." Orh... so poor thing. And that comes from a letter of a near 35 year old man... cannot believe that.

Third, we discovered a few baby birds trapped on the roof of our office, just above the ceiling. Mr Mak was indeed kind hearted though, as his care bear spirits could be shown when he went through all the effort to get the ladder and try to save the birds, but too bad, the birds does not understand what he is trying to do and tried to struggle further away... now we can only pray they can grow big and fly out soon before acts of nature takes place...(no more flies please!!!)
