Going through each day of routine tasks, setting daily goals and achieving them is important, as least make work not so boring. I dun have to care much, just trying to achieve each goals when i log in to work each day.

I think datelines is important too, although nobody is pushing me for anything at the moment. Cos no dateline, everything is just hanging in the air, doesn't matter whether do or not.

With goals and datelines, it gives directions. I think i am just short temper and impatient, cannot stand ppl without proper goals and directions, everyday circling the same tasks until really no time then rush...
